Refunds for Blueprint fan experiences are available only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund.

To ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for all fans, we require a lead time of 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase to the scheduled delivery of your fan experience. This timeframe allows us to coordinate logistics, secure necessary arrangements, and deliver the best possible experience. Purchases made within this window will be scheduled based on availability.
