In 2023, The Blueprint Collective was launched to help FIU athletics and their student athletes reach the potential that many have termed in the community,"The Sleeping Giant." The NIL space has created a new landscape where business, companies, negotiations, and money intersect with college athletics. The Blueprint Collective provides FIU athletes with financial guidance seminars, mentorship opportunities, and requires each athlete to participate in community volunteer events.

Meet The Founders

Co-Founder

Adam Benna

Adam Benna is one of the co-founders of The Blueprint Sports Group ("BSG"). He is an attorney and business executive, serving as Vice President of RiKEN Construction & Design, based in Orlando, FL. Adam has practiced law in many different capacities. He has represented clients in criminal defense, business disputes, and commercial litigation.

As an agent for some of the top collegiate athletes in the South Florida area, Adam is relied upon for guidance and representation in the NIL space. In addition to representing collegiate athletes, Adam is involved in the local community in Miami Dade. He participates in local chambers of commerce, the bar association, and local politics. Adam resides in Miami with his wife and daughter.

Co-Founder

Michael Guilbaud

Michael Guilbaud, better known as "Coach G", is is one of the co-founders of The Blueprint Collective. Coach G is the Owner Of Miami Triple Threat and has been coaching in Miami-Dade County since 2004; he is currently the Head Boys Basketball Coach & Dean Of Discipline at SLAM Miami. Throughout the years he has led high school programs as a Coach & Athletic Director.

Coach G is a true believer in development and has trained high school, college and professional athletes to improve their skill set, strength, conditioning and most importantly mindset. He has always made certain to relate to athletes, meanwhile pushing them out of their comfort zone leading them to reach their full potential. Coach G resides in Miami with his wife and two children.
